Hi, I'm Trish!

I’ve dedicated my career to helping women just like you take control of their health, build confidence, and create habits that truly support them. As a Certified FNA Functional Nutrition Coach, Certified Life Coach, IIN Certified Holistic Health Coach, AFPA Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, and AFPA Group Fitness Instructor, I’ve been guiding women on their wellness journeys since 2004.

My own personal fitness and health journey has included teaching group fitness for 20 years, experiencing my own weight loss journey, competing in bodybuilding and earning my Pro Card, dealing with my own hormone imbalances & gut issues, owning a gym with my husband, and finding my passion in coaching.

Beyond coaching, I’m married to a cowboy, a proud mom of two (plus a son & daughter-in-law), and a dog lover. You’ll often find me curled up with a good book, taking a class to learn something new, traveling, or riding on the back of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
